2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided over phone, WhatsApp or via our website forms are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed after a site survey or complete inventory review and may vary based on distance, volume, floor level, access conditions and additional services requested.

3. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once you accept a quote and, where applicable, pay any advance amount communicated to you. Payment terms (advance, balance on delivery, etc.) will be shared at the time of booking.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details of items to be moved, including fragile, hazardous or high-value goods.
• Ensure someone authorised is present at pickup and delivery locations.
• Disclose any items prohibited from transport in advance.
• Settle payments as per the agreed terms.

5. Liability & Insurance

We take reasonable care in packing, loading, transporting and unloading your goods. Goods-in-transit insurance, where opted for, covers loss or damage as per the policy terms shared at the time of booking. Claims for damage must be reported in writing within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation, along with supporting evidence (photos, inventory list).

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable advance notice. Charges may apply depending on how close to the scheduled date the request is made, especially if crew or vehicles have already been arranged.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous, illegal, perishable or explosive materials, or items prohibited under applicable Indian transport regulations. Please inform us in advance if you are unsure whether an item can be moved.

8. Limitation of Liability

Except where covered by opted-in insurance, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
